Good afternoon Dunes Residents!
We at Phoenix Management and your Board of Directors would like to make you aware of the following:
A risk control assessment on The Dunes property has been completed by Hanover Insurance Company. They’ve pointed out that propane grills should not be used/stored within 10 feet of the building or any overhang, and recommended that we pass this information on to the community.
Although this comes to us as a recommendation, and not a directive to remove gas grills, we should be aware that the time may come when our insurance carrier (whether it be Hanover or another company) does in fact require us to remove them. To that end, we’d like to point out that certain electric grills are an excellent (and safer) alternative.

The Dunes 
With regard to brush removal behind the condos, we at #C-1 would like very much to keep one clump of birches directly opposite our deck, if it will not impact anyone else’s view. It does not bother us and we would like to keep it if it is possible for the workers to do so. Thanks.
