Good morning Dunes residents,

We wanted to send out a thank you to all owners who were able to attend last nights meeting, and share concerns and feedback. The Board and Phoenix appreciates and values the response from the community.

For owners who were not able to attend, the Board and Phoenix will be working on a report for all owners to understand the capital improvements needed, their priority, what the current special assessment funds will be used for, and if there is a need to raise dues / fund another special assessment in the future.  

Attached you will find the meeting minutes that were approved at last night’s meeting. Please be aware that each meeting the previous meeting minutes are reviewed and approved. You can find all approved meeting minutes on the website which we encourage all owners to utilize. You can find helpful documents such as the association governing documents, meeting minutes, contact sheet for the community, etc. All information that is sensitive is password protected.
