IMPORTANT upcoming monthly Board meeting 9/19/2023!

Dear Dunes residents,

As a follow up to the recent Annual meeting held on Tuesday, August 15th. The Board encourages all owners to attend their September Board meeting (9/19/2023). The meeting will begin at 5:30PM via Zoom. An email with zoom link will be sent to all owners the week before.

To recap the important item discussed at the Annual; The need and possibility of an additional special assessment to fund the capital improvement needs. This includes roof replacements, and siding repairs / replacement. Owners who attended the meeting expressed concerns about funding these improvements. This Board meeting is being held to discuss and collect feedback from owners regarding an additional special assessment. The Board highly encourages owners to attend and give feedback regarding this.
