Good afternoon Dunes residents!

As you know we just had our 2016 Annual meeting on July 2, 2016. We want to thank everyone for coming out and sharing any feedback, and showing support to our prospering association. With the approval of the new 2016 budget we wanted to remind all owners that the dues are now $245.00. This is effective as of July 1^st 2016. Many owners have already sent in their payments for July with the old dues amount. Please note that you will have a $30 credit on your account if this is the case. You can deduct this off next month’s dues or whichever month you choose. We do ask that if you are currently using a Bill Pay option please edit your automatic payments to reflect the new dues amount of $245.00 for future payments.
